We’ve rebuilt resync logic so cancelled and replaced orders reflect correctly across REX, Shopify, and your shipping platform — instead of leaving warehouse staff to catch it manually.
Multi-store inventory logic. Running two or more Shopify locations off a single REX instance, with velocity-based dynamic stock buffers so each store gets a sensible share of available stock rather than a static split.
Loyalty and retention, properly wired in. Points programs that survive returns, refunds, and customer merges without double-crediting or losing history — built against the loyalty platform’s actual API, not a generic connector.
Migrations that don’t lose your history. Moving years of product, order, and customer data from WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Neto into Shopify without leaving gaps or duplicate records.
